This Refund Policy is a legally binding agreement between you (“Client” or “Consumer”) and viviancoach.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing any service on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Our services are personalized, digital, and bespoke, and the Refund Policy varies depending on the product and the region of the consumer.

V.I.V.I.A.N. Programs
Refunds are not available after 7 days of purchase.
- Immediately upon payment, the first online therapeutic profile questionnaire is made accessible. This is confidential and technical, enabling program personalization before any live communication.
- The therapist analyzes the responses and drafts the initial personalized plan. This work involves professional time and expertise that cannot be reversed.
Refund window: Within 7 days of purchase only, before significant personalization begins.
Dream Analysis
Refunds are not available after 7 days of purchase or after report delivery.
- Dream Analysis reports are custom, analytical, and actionable, with delivery times ranging from a few days to 2–3 weeks depending on the package and number of dreams submitted.
- Once the Client completes the initial questionnaire, the therapist begins analysis immediately, investing hours of time, expertise, and knowledge that cannot be reversed or returned.
- Reports cannot be returned, reused, or undone once delivered.
Refund window: Within 7 days of purchase and prior to report delivery.
Quantec Therapy
Refunds are not available once the intake session begins.
During intake, the therapist immediately performs irreversible actions:
- Operating the Quantec system to scan the Client’s photograph.
- Cross-referencing data with therapeutic resources in the system.
- Programming personalized informational-vibrational frequency emissions remotely.
- Preparing the traditional Morphic-Field Quantec report.
- Preparing the interpretive report (Action Protocol).

- In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers may waive the 14-day right of withdrawal for personalized digital services.
